1. How do I purchase?
You may contact us through:

2. How many days do I need to order in advance?
Payment is to be received at least 2 days in advance. For urgent orders, additional charges may apply.
3. Can I customise my bouquet (i.e. request for a different flower, wrapper or styling)?
Yes, chat us up at through Text/WhatsApp/Telegram to customise according to your desires. Similar to payment, special request would have to be made at least 2 days in advance. Additional charges may apply for customisation.
4. Are message cards free?
Unfortunately, we only offer small, business-sized cards with our company logo with your purchase. This helps us keep costs down and thus translates to greater value for you. However, you may purchase an exclusive Kaereste A6 message card (dimension: 15cm*10cm) at $5, specially designed for different occasions. 5. How does delivery or collection work?
We have 4 options for delivery/collection of bouquets:
a. Pick up at Lorong Chuan MRT (Exit A, Taxi Stand) - Free
b. Pick up at Ai Tong Primary School (S579646) - Free
c. Meet at any MRT Station in Singapore - $8 SGD
d. Doorstep delivery - $15 SGD
Restricted areas where delivery is not available:
- Sentosa Island
- Military camps & Civil service clubs
- Airport Passenger Terminals & Cargo Complexes
- All PSA ports
- Singapore Cruise Centre
- Jurong Island & Tuas
6. Can I change my collection or delivery address?
Only changes of address on the day of delivery is subject to additional charges. Otherwise, do inform us at least 24 hours before delivery and there will not be additional charges (unless there is a change of delivery option). We will refund delivery charges accordingly if you would like to opt for free pick ups at least 24 hours in advance. Please ensure that the address given is correct, and that the receiver is available at the point of delivery.
7. When can I collect or receive my bouquet?
Notify us the day, time and location of where it should be collected/delivered and we will try our best to accommodate to meet at your desired time slot.
8. Can I request for a refund if I have paid for my order?
You may receive a 50% refund via bank transfer if you have cancelled your order at least 3 days (72 hours) in advance.
